1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days of receiving full payment.

  • We typically dispatch orders within 6 working days.

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • For most serviceable PIN codes in India, delivery is expected within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • In case your location is not serviceable by our regular courier partners, we may ship your order via India Post (Speed Post or VPP) which may take up to 3 weeks.


3. Tracking Your Order

  • After dispatch, a unique tracking ID/link will be shared via email and/or SMS.

  • You can use this link to track your package in real-time.


4. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via trusted ground courier partners unless otherwise requested.

  • We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • For urgent or time-sensitive deliveries, please contact us for expedited shipping (subject to availability).


5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges within India are calculated based on the weight of the package and will be displayed during checkout.

  • International shipping is not available at this time. For any special requests, please contact our team.


6. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, PIN code, and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

  • Opecia will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.


7. Delays and Exceptions

Shipping time may vary due to:

  • Natural calamities, bad weather, or local disturbances

  • Festival or holiday season delays

  • Logistical challenges beyond our control

In such cases, we request your patience and cooperation.


8. Payment Terms

  • We accept 100% advance payment via secure online payment gateways (credit/debit card, UPI, wallets).

  • Your order will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.
